Wrestlers will be grouped into one of many different practice groups. Our coaching staff will have final decision on each wrestler’s group assignment. Our goal is to group wrestlers in a situation to maximize their enjoyment and growth in the sport.
*2023-2024 Group Assignments will be sent out around November 1st

Friday: 7pm – 9pm
Saturday: 1pm-2pm
Wrestling Starts: 3pm-3:30pm

Instead of open gyms, PMWC coaches and wrestlers are invited to watch the Millersville University wrestling team compete for starting sports on the team. The event is free to attend.
End of Season Spaghetti Dinner for all PMWC wrestlers and their families. Details to come.
