Wrestlers will be grouped into one of many different practice groups. Our coaching staff will have final decision on each wrestler’s group assignment. Our goal is to group wrestlers in a situation to maximize their enjoyment and growth in the sport.
*2024-2025 Group Assignments will be sent out around November 3rd
Scrimmage from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at L-S High School. Open to all groups.
Dual Team Tournament at Lower Dauphin.
Weigh ins:
Friday: 7pm – 9pm
Saturday: 1pm-2pm
Wrestling Starts: 3pm-3:30pm
